Others were talking about their delay so I added my comment. Guillermo C. September 04, at PM My local shop is telling me that titleist has a backlog of orders. Mads C. September 05, at PM I have ordered a new set.. All with KBS c-taper s shafts. Scotty Cameron Newport select 2 How long will it take, u guys think? September 06, at PM I think this sounds like an awesome set. As for asking us how long they will be, we are clueless. You will get a few people to tell you how long theirs took but circumstances change daily.

Only Titleist customer service can give you actual status. They usually work with whatever pro shop or retailer you use to make the order as opposed to Having your personal info to contact you directly. The COVID situation has had an impact on supply chain so many special order or non-standard shafts are on back order, slowing assembly. In other cases, where they have components available, the turnaround is pretty quick. I placed order for custom T irons from a store back in June. Was told 3 weeks.

Then was told another month. Finally was told October. I am guessing that won't happen either. Each time I get a revised ship date the store is saying that info was from Titleist.

James N. October 04, at PM Ordered a set of ts on September 24th and now being told I won't get them till the end of October. Larry S. September 19, at PM Dale V Point well taken. I do sincerely hope, however, that Titleist doesn't come out with a new club selection before we have time to get the ones we have already ordered. I was told weeks on my T-series order. From the sounds of things I may be waiting weeks. I only ordered a shaft and have been waiting 5 weeks. Every time I ask my pro the status, he checks the latest email from Titleist and basically tells me nothing about when I can expect it to arrive.

How hard is it to go in, pull the shaft from production and send it? Titleist has agreed to waive next day air shipping costs when it does get sent which is nice. June 02, at PM We appreciate your continued support of Titleist and understand the frustrations currently being experienced with open orders taking longer than anticipated. Currently we are quoting weeks from when an order is placed until when it ships from Titleist.

With that said, that is if all components head, shaft and grip are in stock. When a component is back ordered or not in stock, we may have potential delays pushing past the initial quote unfortunately. We are also operating with confirmed purchase orders and dates given to us by our suppliers.

There have been a handful of instances where these confirmed purchase orders get delayed due to production challenges from our suppliers. With these unforeseen delays and potential missed shipments, we are required to look towards the next shipment that's due in. To date, our demand is up 3 to 4 times what is normally is and our global supply chain extremely strained. Believe me, our team is trying their best to get orders in our customers hands ASAP.

Our production team is working overtime every day and also coming in on the weekends to build as many clubs as possible. We are at max capacity in production as the game of golf has taken a tremendous upswing over the last year and a half through the pandemic!

We are thankful to have great customers who put their faith in us and their equipment. Thank you so much for the patience as we work through these unprecedented times. June 02, at PM Just got a call from my fitter - my T's are ready for pickup. They took 8 days from acceptance to delivery. I'm still waiting on my hybrid and woods that were ordered at the same time as the irons.

And my wedges are now going on almost a month. Funny - of all the clubs, I think I want the wedges the most right now. Please login to post a comment. Sign In Haven't registered for Team Titleist yet? Back to top.
